Postpartum Depression & Anxiety

Although I'd heard about postpartum depression, my experience was so far from what I was told to expect that I didn't realize I was struggling from it. It didn't set in until 9 months after giving birth!! It's not something people talk about very openly so I wanted to make a video sharing experience to help normalize PPD and reduce some of the stigma around it.
